At Prime Lettings we work closely with our Landlords to fully understand their exact requirements and design our services to meet the requirements of each individual Landlord.
A great deal has changed in the lettings market, there are now more rules and greater complexity. We have kept ahead of these changes whilst remaining true to our original principles.
We focus on lettings and property management. These are our areas of distinct expertise where we know we can offer an exceptional prime service, consistently. At times this means we can be property anoraks, but this can be an essential attribute, especially on some of the legal stuff!
We continually strive to understand what services our customers want and need. Broadly there are 3 things our customers tell us they need:
- Find good tenants – as quickly as possible; making sure there is good information on them to assess whether they have history suggesting they may be a problem; advising how best to prepare and present the property for rental to get the best return.
- Manage the property and tenants – get rent paid when due; checking the property for problems; identifying and addressing any maintenance issues; ensuring legal compliance; protecting landlord from handling tenant queries and problems; protecting the property; agreeing costs of works; ensuring good value for any works completed.
- Manage the legal aspects – ensuring correct documentation, properly prepared and delivered; handling any unpaid rent; recommending, agreeing and completing steps to renew or end tenancies, or obtaining vacant possession of the property.
We have a great team who can handle all three of these aspects efficiently for you. The fact that almost three-quarters of our customers come to us through word of mouth suggests we are doing something right.
